Twenty-year experience in academic research, and over twenty-year
experience in capital market. Since returning to China more than a
decade ago, he focuses on the investment and incubation of high-tech
enterprises, adapting the state-of-art technologies and concepts
suitable for China.
● Successfully established several enterprises,
covering financial technologies, quantitative trading, and renewable
energies, including a leading data and analytics platform on China’s
asset securitization market, and an independent renewable energy
developer in Japan, which is among the first group to issue and manage
infrastructure REITs on Tokyo Stock Exchange, based on renewable energy
assets.

Dong Jielin - Senior Researcher

● Dr. Dong is a part-time research fellow of the China Institute for Science and Technology Policy at Tsinghua University. She also serves as a board member of several technological companies, and a columnist for a few international journals. Her recent work is titled “A brief history of human innovation: the power of desires”.
● Dr. Dong was a distinguished professor of Soochow University, and the director of the Center for Enterprise Innovation and Development of Soochow University. Through her career, she has worked for Fortune 500 technology companies such as Lucent and Cisco, as well as financial companies and scientific institutes.
● Dr. Dong finished her Ph.D. degree in physics in Carnegie Mellon University in 1988 and B.S. in Zhongshan University in 1982.
Xiao Xin - Secretary General
● Participated in the establishment of Chelion Institute for Strategic Research on Carbon-Neutral Industry, responsible for the operation and business cooperation of the research institute.
● Former head of research department of financial information service and technology companies, managing research on the quantitative analysis models and construction of consumer finance ABS index. Participated in the construction of CNABS, China's asset securitization data analysis platform, as well as several programs launched by industry organization China Asset Securitization Forum (CSF), such as China Asset Securitization Professional Committee Information Disclosure and Investor Education Research Group, preparation of the annual meeting of CSF, etc.
● M.S. in Cancer Cell and Molecular Biology from University of Leicester; B.E. in Bio-engineering and B.S. in Finance from East China University of Science and Technology.
